How much are the shipping costs ?

Our shipping costs depend on the weight of the items and also on your desired shipping method.
After you put an item in the shopping cart click on "proceeed to checkout" and the shipping charges will be displayed.
Our default setting is "expedited shipping to USA" which you can change according to your requirements and country.

How long does it take to receive my parcel ?

How can I track my parcel ?

Right after shipment you'll get an email with the tracking information.
In case you haven't received our shipping confirmation please check your spam/junk folder first - otherwise contact us.
As a registered customer you can also find your tracking no. in your account under "ORDERS"

Once your parcel has left Germany you can track your parcel also with your national postal company and get more detailed information:
US buyers via USPS
Canadian buyers via Canada Post

Will my parcel get irradiated ?

Infant formula or cerals are not subject to irradiation. None of our products shipped to overseas are getting irradiated no matter to which country they will be shipped.

When does the tracking information get updated ?

Once a parcel has been processed at Frankfurt airport for shipment to the USA or Canada the data will also be transferred to USPS or Canada Post and the following status messages will be shown in the tracking system USPS / Canada Post:

USA:  "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"
Canada: "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada"

This status will remain until your parcel gets processed in the destination country for the 1st time.

1. What is the expiration date of the formula you offer ?

The actual expiry date of each product is stated in the product description.
On the product itself you find the expiry date written at the bottom of the box in European format DD/MM/YYYY  ( Example: 01.04.2020 = 1st April 2020 )

2. How many fl oz or liters can I get from one box of formula ?

This depends on the brand and stage you actually want to use. Below please find the approximate qty. per box.
Holle Stage 1 / Holle PRE / Holle goat = 100 fl oz / 3 litre
Holle Stage 2 - 4: = 140 fl oz / 4.25 litre
Lebenswert  1-3  = 115 fl oz / 3.50 litre
HiPP Combiotic 1-3 = 140 fl oz / 4.25 litre
We have also stated in our product descriptions how many fl oz or liters you can approximately get.

3. How do I prepare the formula ?

Just click on the product and you'll find the preparation instructions for this particular product including the nutrition facts.
Furthermore you'll also get the preparation instructions after purchasing by email together with your shipping details.
